Prompting
How to write a good prompt
We've built in best practices for email design and structure, so you shouldn't need to specify these things unless you want to override the defaults.
What you can include
A prompt should be specific to the type of email you are trying to create. Specify the type of email, like a campaign or a flow, then the main message or offer and the action readers should take. Mention specific products, collections or reviews to use.
What not to include
You should not include branding or writing style details. This should all be set in Settings → Branding → Writing.
For example:
Create a short launch email for returning customers. Introduce our new running shoe and ask readers to shop the collection.
